Kent State University (KSU) is a public research university in Kent city of Ohio state. It was initially founded in 1910 as a teacher-training school. Since then the university grew up to be one of the top universities in the US offering 300-degree programs, with 250 bachelor's, 40 associate, 50 graduate, and 23 doctoral programs of study along with research opportunities in the fields of arts and sciences.
KSU is an 8-campus university with its main administrative campus located in Kent City. The Kent campus sits atop an 866-acre suburban campus and houses 100 buildings and landscaped greenery. Its main hub of activity area is the student center next to the 12-story main library building. The campus also has an 18-hole Kent State Golf Course.
KSU space and support for specialized companies to grow near the university in its Centennial Research Park. It is a 41,000 square-foot research park that houses high-tech startup companies. KSU being one of the Largest universities in Ohio state provides its students and faculties with all the resources, facilities, and services to conduct ground-breaking and globally relevant research.
